Position: Administrative Assistant Receptionist Role
Support mental health initiatives at CMHA Toronto as a Relief Receptionist. This position focuses on front desk operations and effective communication with the community.

As a Relief Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, you will assist CMHA at both West and East Main Offices during staff absences. This role requires an understanding of office procedures and effective public interaction skills. Ideal candidates will possess strong word processing abilities and familiarity with healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally greet and assist all visitors

• Ensure reception area meets CMHA’s high standards

• Route phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly

• Manage appointment scheduling and visitor information

• Provide essential administrative support, including data entry

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years in a front desk role

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite

• Comfortable with multi-line phone systems

• Familiarity with mental health settings preferred

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
