Our client seeks a Receptionist/Office Coordinator to ensure seamless daily operations. You will welcome visitors, manage front desk activities, and support administrative tasks in a dynamic office setting. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong interpersonal skills alongside a service-oriented attitude, providing essential support to staff and Personal Support Workers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist visitors and staff in a friendly and professional manner
• Oversee front desk operations within a busy environment
• Manage room bookings and general administrative tasks
• Support onboarding activities, including visitor coordination
• Respond to inquiries with excellent customer service
Requirements:
• Previous reception or customer service experience
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
• Professional and patient demeanor
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
• Ability to adapt in a high-interaction environment
