This on-site full-time role is ideal for organized professionals with 2-3 years of administrative experience in finance or similar. You will assist leaders by managing expenses, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel, ensuring that all tasks are completed effectively and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver essential support to Capital Markets leaders
• Process expenses and invoices accurately using Coupa
• Organize travel arrangements and complex calendars
• Build enduring relationships with various stakeholders
• Track metrics and maintain accurate documentation
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years of administrative support experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities
• Capable of managing confidential information responsibly
