March of Dimes Canada is seeking a dedicated Service Office Administrator. This role requires providing comprehensive support to the Ministry of Health funded programs within Central Toronto. Candidates should possess advanced Microsoft Office skills and offer strong organizational abilities to maintain records, prepare reports, and assist in community training efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to program management teams
• Prepare and file confidential employee records
• Enter data and prepare payroll reports for managers
• Organize meetings and prepare agendas and minutes
• Liaise with community providers for staff training
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 education; accounting diploma preferred
• At least 3 years of administrative experience
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with document preparation and office duties
