Key Responsibilities:
• Process and monitor all incoming transfer requests
• Collect and review emails in the transfers mailbox
• Initiate transfers and keep track of their status
• Provide operational support for external transfer needs
• File and manage transfer documentation
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of back office administrative experience
• Detail-oriented and highly accurate
• Effective problem-solving and organizational skills
• Strong collaborative attitude in team projects
• Fluent in English and French communication
