In this full-time role, you will assist three North American executives, ensuring seamless coordination across calendars and time zones. Your responsibilities include liaising with stakeholders, organizing events, and providing crucial administrative support to enhance team operations. You will also back up the Office Coordinator and utilize tools like Affinity and Concur to improve workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex calendars and scheduling for three executives
• Act as a gatekeeper for liaising with stakeholders
• Oversee all travel logistics and expense reports
• Organize conference attendance and team events
• Provide ad hoc support to team members as needed
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years in administrative or executive support roles
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Google Suite and virtual platforms
• Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
• Collaboration with multiple stakeholders across teams
