Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Toronto sales team with administrative tasks
• Coordinate territory events and meetings with precision
• Process and send thank you and congratulatory cards
• Oversee marketing material printing tasks
• Maintain comprehensive client information in Salesforce
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• Experience in the financial sector is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Power Point
• Strong professional telephone etiquette
• Capable of working well in both team and independent settings
