Your role will involve communication, scheduling, and coordination with key stakeholders.
JIAS Toronto, a not-for-profit organization, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Executive Director and Board of Directors. You will manage communications, maintain documentation, and assist in organizing meetings and events. This role requires someone efficient, resourceful, and experienced in an office setting, especially supporting senior executives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Executive Director
• Manage communications with external stakeholders
• Compile and distribute Board Meeting agendas and minutes
• Maintain board documentation and related materials
• Support senior managers on agency projects
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Office Administration or related field
• Minimum 5 years of administrative experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with board support preferred
• Knowledge of additional languages an asset
