The position requires a proactive individual to manage daily procurement tasks effectively. You will provide exceptional service, process invoices, manage documents, and generate contracts within SAP and Docu Sign systems. Excellent organizational skills are vital for supporting local business units and ensuring compliance with established processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process mail, invoices, and administrative requests
• Generate contracts within the SAP procurement module
• Maintain organized filing systems and facilitate document retrieval
• Assist in development and distribution of bid documents
• Provide professional customer support for procurement inquiries
Requirements:
• High School Diploma with 5 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with procurement systems and Docu Sign
• Detail-oriented with high organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and data entry
