Patient Administrative Associate Position

In the Patient Administrative Associate position, you will coordinate patient activities and oversee administrative services crucial for effective patient care. This includes managing records, scheduling, payroll, and providing coverage to other Veteran Centre units. Strong organizational skills and multitasking are essential to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate coordination of patient flow and activities
• Maintain patient care records and administrative services
• Manage staffing schedules and payroll efficiently
• Offer support to other Veteran Centre units as needed
• Assist in problem-solving and effective communication
Requirements:
• Minimum one year of Community College education required
• Healthcare administrative experience of at least one year necessary
• Advanced computer skills required, including Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with ESP scheduling systems preferred
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
