Key Responsibilities:
• First contact for patients, providing administrative support
• Organize and book appointments for patients promptly
• Communicate effectively with the Dietary department
• Handle clerical tasks as requested by the Resource nurse
• Support management with unit staffing tasks
Requirements:
• Completion of high school or equivalent mandatory
• Office Administration Diploma (Medical preferred)
• Minimum one year of clerical experience in a healthcare setting
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
• Excellent interpersonal skills and typing speed
