In this role, you will assist senior executives within Teneo's Management Consulting business. Your responsibilities will include preparing for critical meetings, facilitating communication between teams, and anticipating the needs of executives. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to the rapid pace of a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support senior executives with administrative tasks
• Handle all aspects of calendar and meeting logistics
• Prepare necessary materials for executive meetings
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and partners
• Manage executive travel arrangements efficiently
Requirements:
• 2-3+ years in senior executive administration
• Proficient English communication skills
• Strong background in Microsoft Office tools
• Capability to foresee issues and respond proactively
