Glendale Funeral Home & Cemetery is located in Etobicoke, Ontario and is currently recruiting a full‑time Branch Administrator.

We are looking to fill this position with a qualified, action‑oriented and self‑motivated individual who is capable of prioritizing and handling multiple demands simultaneously.

This position is based on a 35‑hour work week and may change as required for the needs of the business, including working overtime and weekends when required.

Job Type: Full Time, Contract

Key Qualifications and Demonstrated Abilities:

  • A minimum of a college diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two (2) years of previous working experience in office administration.
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office including Word and Excel.
  • Reliable and independent individual who has the proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely and effective manner.
  • Demonstrates strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail‑oriented and able to perform strong administrative and data entry tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing outstanding customer service to the families we serve.
  • Answering the telephone and greeting customers.
  • Performing general office administration functions including processing of cemetery contracts, amendments to contracts, transfers, process certificates, prepare cremation and interment services paperwork, data entry and various other tasks.
