In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and enhancing teamwork within the Capital Markets division. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting multiple deadlines. Key Responsibilities:
• Support Senior Managing Directors with administrative tasks
• Coordinate meeting logistics, including technology setup
• Prepare high-quality presentations and reports
• Monitor key deliverables for leadership
• Assist with onboarding new team members
