The role provides vital reception and communication support within a multidisciplinary Assertive Community Treatment team. Candidates will engage in managing incoming inquiries, triaging urgent concerns, and maintaining electronic calendars. This position requires a proactive approach to ensure efficient office operations and support patient care effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage telephone calls and in-person inquiries
• Triaging urgent concerns and facilitating communication
• Maintain electronic calendars for scheduling appointments
• Order and maintain supplies and equipment
• Produce and modify complex documents efficiently
Requirements:
• Medical terminology course completion
• Grade XII or recognized equivalent
• Diploma in medical office administration or equivalent
• Three years of medical administrative support experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
