Court and Parking Administrator

Position: Court and Parking Administrator Role
Drive community safety with the Community Safety Unit as a Court and Parking Administrator.

This role offers a chance to support parking enforcement and assist with court processes.

In this vital position, you will provide clerical and technical support to Parking & Provincial Offences Programs. Your responsibilities will include managing documents, initiating reviews, and maintaining records for Municipal Law Enforcement Officer Status. You'll ensure that court processes are executed effectively, requiring strong communication and organizational skills to handle the workload and interact with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Supervisor with Supervisory Reviews for parking tickets

• Create and manage court and Crown documentation

• Attend court for evidence support and prosecutorial duties

• Resolve complaints from residents regarding parking

• Data entry for parking tags and invoicing management

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or certificate in Law Enforcement

• Proficient in MS Word and Excel with strong data handling

• Knowledge of parking enforcement policies

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to maintain impartiality in sensitive situations
