We are seeking a professional and experienced Real Estate Brokerage Receptionist / Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our brokerage.

This role requires a candidate with previous real estate brokerage experience in Ontario who is comfortable drafting Agreements using Sky Slope and broker loading listings on TRREB MLS.

In addition to transaction administration, the successful candidate will manage front desk reception duties, assist agents with administrative support, and help execute the brokerage’s marketing and social media initiatives.

We are looking for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced brokerage environment.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working at a real estate brokerage in Ontario.
  • Experience drafting Agreements using Sky Slope.
  • Experience in broker loading listings on TRREB MLS.
  • Familiarity with Broker Bay or similar showing management systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience using Canva and Cap Cut for marketing and social media content is an asset.
Responsibilities
  • Draft Agreements and transaction documents using Sky Slope.
  • Broker load listings and maintain MLS listing data.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist agents, clients, and visitors at the front desk.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical deal files.
  • Monitor transaction timelines and ensure documentation is complete.
  • Assist agents with listing documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate appointments, including showings, inspections, and open houses.
  • Manage brokerage social media accounts according to a weekly posting schedule.
  • Produce marketing materials, including flyers, social media posts, and announcements using Canva.
  • Assist with short-form video editing using Cap Cut for social media content.
  • Support the brokerage with various administrative and marketing initiatives.

  • Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Compensation: $18.50-$20/hour
