Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and correct pre-bills and client bills
• Ensure compliance with billing guidelines and formats
• Maintain billing progress reports throughout the month
• Correct errors and proofread data entry as needed
• Provide support to staff regarding billing queries
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of billing experience, ideally in a law firm
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of basic accounting principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours during peak periods
