Elevate your career at Dixon Hall as a Property Administrator, a key player in our Real Estate & Property Management team. This full-time position involves essential support across our housing projects.
Reporting to the Property Manager, you will ensure smooth housing administration for Dixon Hall's supportive housing portfolio.
Your role includes managing tenant files, handling rent collections, and tracking the tenancy lifecycle from unit viewings to move-ins. Exceptional communication and organizational skills are a must, given the variety of tasks and interactions involved.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle tenant inquiries, both verbal and written
• Initiate communications for tenancy administration
• Review tenant accounts for accuracy
• Participate in unit inspections and document actions
• Assist in preparing leases and confirmation letters
Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school and relevant courses
• At least two years of administrative experience
• Ability to work creatively within policies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with community resources
