The Property Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting property management through various administrative tasks. You will work alongside the Property Manager to maintain records, respond to resident inquiries, and ensure all operations meet Ontario regulations. Your efforts will contribute to the overall success of Medallion's property management services and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily operations for property portfolios
• Maintain detailed records of residents and leases
• Prepare operational reports and correspondence
• Manage maintenance requests and vendor communications
• Track compliance with Ontario residential regulations
Requirements:
• Business Administration diploma or equivalent degree
• 1-3 years experience in administrative property management
• Proficient in Yardi software and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication smart
