Your role will support two Managing Directors and enhance operational efficiency within the investment team.

As an Executive Assistant, you are essential in managing high-level calendars, preparing thorough executive documents, and coordinating major initiatives. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional experienced in administrative support who thrives in a collaborative environment. You'll engage with various stakeholders to ensure optimal alignment and workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage scheduling and high-volume meetings effectively

• Build relationships across the Investments division

• Create precise agendas and follow-up materials

• Assist with logistics for domestic and international travel

• Maintain accurate records of expenses and invoices

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in administrative roles

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and chat tools

• Strong time-management abilities under pressure

• Effective communication with multiple stakeholder levels

• Discretion in handling confidential information
