This position involves managing front desk duties while providing administrative support to agents in a bustling brokerage environment. You will draft agreements, maintain listing data, and assist with marketing initiatives. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of one year of experience working in real estate brokerage and be proficient in various software and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft agreements and transaction documents using Sky Slope
• Broker load listings on TRREB MLS effectively
• Answer calls and assist agents, clients, and visitors
• Maintain organized digital and physical deal files
• Coordinate appointments and manage showing schedules
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of real estate brokerage experience in Ontario
• Proficiency in Sky Slope and TRREB MLS
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with Canva and Cap Cut is an asset
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
