In this role, you will directly support senior executives by managing their calendars, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communications. Your responsibilities will include overseeing event logistics and maintaining organized financial documentation. Your background in project management will be instrumental in handling the varied administrative functions required in this fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver administrative support to senior leadership
• Manage executive schedules and communications
• Coordinate on-site events and meeting logistics
• Maintain financial records and budget documentation
• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires
Requirements:
• 5+ years of support experience with VP-level executives
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
• Familiarity with SAP Concur and project management tools
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Provide essential support to Canadian Tire's leaders while honing your administrative expertise.
