Position: Tyndale Seminary Program Coordinator Role
Join Tyndale University as a Program Coordinator for the Doctor of Ministry Program. This part-time role focuses on administration, event coordination, and student support in Toronto.

You will play a vital role in managing the program's daily operations and supporting faculty and students. With a clear emphasis on administrative tasks, you will maintain records, facilitate online meetings, and coordinate program logistics, ensuring a smooth experience for all participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer logistical details for residencies and events

• Coordinate communications with students and faculty

• Manage the department’s finances, including invoices

• Facilitate onboarding and training for new faculty

• Maintain and update DMin program documentation

Requirements:

• Equivalent business administration training or undergraduate degree

• At least 5 years of related administrative experience

• Familiarity with theological education is a plus

• Proficiency in communication and time management

• Strong organization and detail-oriented skills
