You will coordinate the distribution of signed proposals, assist in the creation of marketing materials, and maintain comprehensive sales contact lists. Supporting the annual proxy proposal mail merge and preparing meeting logistics adds to your diverse responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the SOX approval process for sales documentation

• Edit and proofread important sales materials

• Organize distribution of signed agreements across departments

• Prepare and schedule bi-weekly Sales/Operations meetings

• Manage logistics for client events and meetings
Requirements:

• Diploma in Office Administration or related field

• 1-2 years experience in a sales support role

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities

• Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
