Location:
Suite 505 - 750 West Broadway, Vancouver BC Canada V5Z 1H4 (in-person clinic).
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with occasional Saturday shifts as required.
Front Desk Coordinator at Xray 505 (TELUS Health). The role is full‑time (40 hours per week) and involves coordinating patient flow and administrative support in a busy diagnostic imaging clinic.
Responsibilities- Manage high‑volume incoming calls and provide prompt, professional customer service.
- Coordinate and optimize appointment scheduling, balancing patient needs with provider availability.
- Deliver comprehensive information about services and demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of the clinic’s offerings.
- Maintain and update patient records with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Implement and maintain efficient front‑desk procedures, including patient reception and greeting to enhance the overall patient experience and operational effectiveness.
- Process and track referrals, liaising effectively between patients, providers, and external healthcare facilities.
- Handle communication flow by taking detailed messages and ensuring timely delivery to appropriate staff members.
- Execute a wide range of administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and data entry, to support smooth office operations.
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality and demonstrate professional discretion when handling sensitive medical records and patient information in accordance with privacy policies and regulations.

Salary Range: $20-$37 per hour.
