• Schedule patient appointments using advanced computer software

• Utilize word processing and spreadsheets for reports and documentation

• Manage multi-line telephones and greet visitors professionally

Requirements:

• Medical terminology certificate required

• Graduate of recognized office administration program

• Proficient with Soarian Scheduling and MUSE

• Excellent Microsoft Office skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities
