About the Opportunity
Our healthcare sector partner is seeking a Medical Administrative Assistant to provide immediate support within a busy specialty clinic environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and service-oriented professional who enjoys helping teams stay coordinated and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

Working closely with physician leaders and administrative staff, you will play a key role in managing clinic schedules, coordinating appointments, and supporting patient-facing administrative processes. This short-term assignment offers valuable exposure to a fast-paced healthcare setting and is ideal for someone who can quickly adapt and contribute from day one.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain clinic schedules for physician leaders within a specialty medical division
  • Coordinate patient appointments and liaise with internal departments to support efficient clinic operations
  • Respond to phone calls, voicemails, and email inquiries from patients and healthcare providers
  • Process medical documentation, maintain electronic records, and organize patient charts
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to physicians and division leadership
  • Help ensure smooth clinic operations through effective communication, organization, and attention to detail
Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of administrative support experience in a healthcare
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is considered an asset
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information
