About the Opportunity
Our healthcare sector partner is seeking a Medical Administrative Assistant to provide immediate support within a busy specialty clinic environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and service-oriented professional who enjoys helping teams stay coordinated and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
Working closely with physician leaders and administrative staff, you will play a key role in managing clinic schedules, coordinating appointments, and supporting patient-facing administrative processes. This short-term assignment offers valuable exposure to a fast-paced healthcare setting and is ideal for someone who can quickly adapt and contribute from day one.

- 2+ years of administrative support experience in a healthcare
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology is considered an asset
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
- Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information
