The Business Administrator plays a key front-line role in supporting daily business operations while serving as a professional and friendly point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams. This role is ideal for a highly organized, tech-savvy administrator who enjoys working with people, managing details, and keeping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and coordinating service requests with internal teams
  • Provide administrative support across operations, sales, and finance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of documentation
  • Prepare, review, and manage business documents including quotes, invoices, service records, and customer correspondence
  • Maintain accurate records in Microsoft-based systems (Excel, Word, Outlook) and internal databases
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate deliveries or service visits, and support day-to-day office operations
  • Support customer onboarding, account updates, and general relationship management
  • Assist with reporting, data entry, and basic analysis as required
  • Liaise with technicians, management, and external partners to ensure smooth communication and follow-through
  • Contribute to process improvements and help maintain organized, efficient office workflows
Qualifications & Experience
  • 1
    -2 years of experience in an administrative, business support, or office coordination role
  • Strong computer literacy with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); comfort learning new systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident and professional when interacting with customers
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working in an on-site team environment
  • Experience in a service-based, logistics, healthcare, or regulated industry is an asset
