In this role, you will assist the Director, IP Business and the Intellectual Property Administration team with daily administrative tasks. You’ll maintain accurate trackers, organize correspondence effectively, and ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders. Ideal for someone detail-oriented, this position also offers opportunities for growth in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Director with administrative support and project coordination
• Maintain task trackers and ensure completion of assignments
• Organize and summarize email communications clearly
• Facilitate internal and external meeting arrangements
• Prepare documentation and assist in record management
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in Business Office Administration
• 1-2 years of administrative or related experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Provide critical support to our IP Business team and leverage your skills for effective operations.
