Seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the team managing transactions for over 65 sales professionals. Responsibilities include preparing vouchers for commissions, verifying compliance with industry regulations, and assisting in various administrative tasks. Strong analytical skills and professionalism are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Verify trade vouchers and contracts efficiently
• Manage all deal files in compliance with regulations
• Facilitate transfer of information to Transaction Accounting
• Update listings on MLS per TRREB standards
• Generate necessary reports for team members
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma with 2-4 years of experience
• Ability to calculate basic figures and understand financial terms
• Expertise in Microsoft Office tools
• Experience in real estate is a plus
