As the Receptionist and Office Assistant, you will provide vital front-desk coverage and assist various departments with essential administrative tasks. Candidates should be flexible and dependable, with strong customer service skills to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for both clients and employees. You will also support the Office Administrator and help coordinate office operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls and greet visitors professionally
• Provide administrative support, including document preparation
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and setup
• Maintain cleanliness of shared spaces and kitchens
• Assist with inventory management and vendor coordination
Requirements:
• Community College diploma or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in reception or administrative roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
