Exciting opportunity as a Contracting Administrator at Foresters, where you’ll manage contracting and licensing for producers and advisors. Elevate customer service with your expertise in the insurance sector.
In this hybrid role, you will handle administrative tasks related to contracting and support new producer/advisor onboarding. Key responsibilities include processing background checks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and responding to inquiries. Your organizational skills will shine as you manage high volumes of tasks with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process background checks and contractual documents
• Handle scheduling for customer service phone queues
• Track and update licensing and contractual information
• Communicate with producers/advisors regarding issues
• Initiate book of business transfers and terminations
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or relevant experience
• Knowledge of PMACS and insurance contracting systems
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities
• Decisiveness and strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
