Join Acura Sherway's dynamic team as a full-time Receptionist and Sales Administrator in Toronto. This role focuses on exceptional customer service, administrative tasks, and vehicle stocking.
In this Sales department position, you will excel in functional administrative responsibilities while providing front-line support. Greet customers, process payments, and assist with vehicle deliveries while keeping accurate records in dealership systems. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are vital for successful operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and handle phone inquiries
• Process payment transactions and issue receipts
• Organize vehicle stocking and update records accordingly
• Maintain dealership documentation and supplies
• Participate in monthly inventory checks and reconcile records
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service abilities
