Become part of Empire Life as a Regulatory Compliance Assistant in a hybrid work model. This role is integral for supporting compliance-related administrative tasks and regulatory filings.
In this role, you’ll report to the Director of AML and Regulatory Compliance and assist various teams, including Legal. Your responsibilities will include managing regulatory databases, facilitating compliance attestations, and ensuring timely submissions of regulatory filings while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support regulation management database administration
• Facilitate compliance attestation across business units
• Administer policy acknowledgment and training programs
• Prepare and submit necessary regulatory filings
• Assist Legal and Compliance teams with administrative tasks
Requirements:
• 3+ years in administrative services
• Excellent detail orientation and accuracy
• Strong ability to manage confidential information
• Experience with compliance management databases an asset
• Diploma in Business or Legal Administration preferred
