Join the Greater Toronto Area’s team as a Lease Administrator, specializing in lease documentation and team collaboration. Your expertise in lease management will facilitate transactions and agreements.
This position requires experience in preparing lease abstracts and summarizing lease documents to assist with acquisitions. Communicate regularly with property management, accounting, and tenants. You'll draft various agreements, ensuring organizational skills and problem-solving abilities shine through in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and enter lease abstract information accurately
• Review, summarize, and support lease document transactions
• Draft amendments and other lease-related agreements
• Maintain communication with internal teams and tenants
• Support special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
• Completion of post-secondary education in business or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience with lease documentation
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Familiarity with lease administration software is an advantage
