Legal Intake and Conflicts Coordinator

The Intake and Conflicts Department is searching for a meticulous Coordinator for a 15-month maternity leave contract. In this role, you will assess client intake requests, set up confidentiality screens, and facilitate lateral onboarding for new hires. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration within the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess intake requests for compliance with firm standards
• Establish and maintain confidentiality screens
• Oversee onboarding procedures for new professionals
• Document new engagement letters
• Assist in managing department email communications
Requirements:
• Minimum three years in a legal setting preferred
• English/French bilingual skills are an asset
• Proficient in MS Office and legal management software
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities
• Capable of prioritizing and working under pressure
