Position: Client-Facing Project Coordinator Role
VML MAP is seeking a Project Coordinator to support client communication and project management efforts. Engage with diverse stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

This client-facing role involves making key contributions to project coordination and administrative support. You will collaborate with various specialists and maintain project documentation while ensuring regular communication with clients. A proactive approach will help you identify any challenges along the way, allowing you to assist effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate client updates and prepare essential reports

• Track the progress of multiple projects and programs

• Support the creation of client-facing proposals and materials

• Maintain organized project documentation and schedules

• Participate in meetings, take notes, and track action items

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Business, Marketing)

• 1–3 years' experience in project coordination

• Meticulous attention to detail and strong communication skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
