• Prepare and organize meeting rooms for events

• Keep office supplies well-maintained and stocked

• Sort and manage incoming mail efficiently

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a secondary or post-secondary program

• Detail-oriented and organized in approach

• Strong communication abilities, both in writing and speaking

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite software
