In this role, you will report to the EHG Practice Support Manager and play an essential part in maintaining and organizing extranet resources. Collaboration with clients and legal team members is crucial to the success of site management and user support. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be critical for effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the configuration of new client extranet sites
• Coordinate with clients and lawyers for content accuracy
• Update and archive content regularly on client sites
• Support technology testing with the Knowledge Management team
• Assist with day-to-day EHG data administration tasks
Requirements:
• College diploma or university degree in relevant field
• One year related work experience preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational ability and attention to detail
• Comfort with technology and MS Office
