As the Office Coordinator, you will report directly to the Director of Executive Support, focusing on creating a professional workspace, managing inquiries, and coordinating various executive meetings. Your proactive approach will help improve office service standards and enhance the overall workplace experience for staff and visitors alike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and address office inquiries
• Facilitate meeting room scheduling and tenant invoicing
• Help prepare materials for executive meetings and events
• Oversee email correspondence for general inquiries
• Manage office supply inventory and ordering
Requirements:
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Previous office coordination experience preferred
