In this role, you will work closely with the Director and team members to assign and manage production employees across local and international projects. Your attention to detail will be critical in analyzing project requests, scheduling shifts, and coordinating logistics for team members, while maintaining a strong customer approach. This role will also involve administrative support, including timesheet validation and communication with supervisors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate project needs and assign the right resources
• Schedule and manage employee shifts effectively
• Coordinate accommodations and travel for staff
• Communicate assignment details and updates
• Validate project timesheets and assist in payroll tasks
Requirements:
• AEC or DEP in a relevant field
• 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• French proficiency is advantageous
• Strong Office Suite skills
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
