Join Vaco/Highspring as an Administrative Assistant, providing vital support in the Greater Toronto Area. This role requires professionalism, initiative, and proficiency in Microsoft Office for effective task management.
Vaco/Highspring is looking for an Administrative Assistant with at least two years of experience in a professional services environment. You will assist with invoicing, manage schedules, and prepare important documents, all while maintaining confidentiality. Your attention to detail will be essential in handling sensitive materials.
Key Responsibilities:
• Format and finalize financial and professional documents
• Provide support for accounting processes and invoicing
• Coordinate and schedule meetings efficiently
• Ensure accurate handling of confidential information
• Assist with assembling tax returns and e-filing
Requirements:
• 2+ years of relevant Administrative Assistant experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Reside in the Greater Toronto Area with work permission in Canada
