As part of Beneva, you will handle various tasks, including sorting mail, digitizing documents, and supporting customer service processes. Your expertise in Microsoft Office and ability to handle multiple responsibilities will ensure structured workflow within the office. You'll also assist in document distribution and archival searches to improve efficiency and support department needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Open, sort, and process incoming documents
• Digitize and archive paper documents electronically
• Assign and distribute emails and faxes to departments
• Pay expense invoices and order supplies
• Assist with photocopying and administrative tasks
Requirements:
• Minimum of high school education required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to quickly learn new processes
