You will assist the Executive Director and coordinate with the Board of Directors to facilitate communication and document management. Your organizational skills will be essential for maintaining agendas, minutes, and aiding in the execution of agency initiatives. This role is pivotal in supporting immigrants and refugees as they settle in the Greater Toronto Area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure administrative support for the Executive Director’s tasks
• Liaise with external stakeholders and Board Members
• Maintain and manage Board meeting documentation
• Assist senior managers with various projects
• Support event planning and coordination
Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in Office Administration or similar
• 5+ years of relevant office experience
• Proven experience working with board-level executives
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
