Become a vital part of BGO Properties as a Property Administrator in Toronto, where your administrative and financial expertise will ensure the effective management of our diverse portfolio.
The Property Administrator role is essential to BGO Properties' success, overseeing the daily administrative and financial support of an extensive property portfolio. You will be involved in collecting rent, processing invoices, and continuously improving tenant relations. Ideal candidates will possess a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to managing tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive accounting and administrative support
• Facilitate tenant communications regarding rent and invoices
• Oversee monthly billing and payment processing
• Prepare and manage necessary tenant documentation
• Monitor and update security deposits and tenant records
Requirements:
• 3+ years of high-level administrative experience
• Educational background in accounting preferable
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of JDE and Yardi is a plus
• Background check required as a part of hiring process
