As a vital member of our new Scarborough office, you will manage daily operations, handle administrative duties, and be the key contact between our Canadian branch and US headquarters. The ideal candidate will thrive in a cross-functional setting, adapt to changing needs, and play a crucial role in establishing our presence in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily functions and operations at the Canadian office

• Handle administrative tasks including scheduling and documentation

• Serve as the point of contact between offices

• Assist with initial warehouse setup and inventory organization

• Support B2B development in the Canadian market

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Business Management or related field

• 1 year of experience in operations or admin roles

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Willingness to work independently and take initiative
