As part of the Support Services team at FNZ, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to executives located in Canada and North America. Your responsibilities will include complex diary management, email screening, and coordination of virtual and onsite meetings. You will also enhance processes through the active use of AI and digital tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex diaries across time zones
• Organize and maintain key documents for executives
• Support preparation for executive meetings and agendas
• Arrange domestic and international travel for leaders
• Process expenses and procurement requests efficiently
Requirements:
• 5+ years as an Executive Assistant
• Experience in financial services or fintech preferred
• Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
