Take on an essential role as a Receptionist Clerk with Extendicare, providing courteous and effective administrative support. In this part-time position, you'll greet visitors and handle communication seamlessly.
As a key support for the Office Manager, you will ensure smooth office and reception operations. Your responsibilities will include answering calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and processing accounts payable. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and guide them to the right services
• Take calls, messages, and manage scheduling
• Maintain orderly filing systems and records
• Process accounts payable as necessary
• Oversee front door access for safety
