Cogir Senior Living is on the lookout for a dynamic Receptionist. You will play an essential role by answering calls, directing visitors, and handling administrative tasks. Your ability to multitask and maintain organization will be key in providing support to our vibrant community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all incoming calls and provide quick responses
• Assist, greet, and direct all visitors warmly
• Handle sorting and distribution of mail accurately
• Organize meeting room arrangements and schedules
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-maintained
Requirements:
• Strong communication abilities, both oral and written
• Experience in reception is advantageous
• Polished telephone manner is a must
• Ability to work under pressure while multitasking
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
